There was a Saturday Night Live commercial spoof where will Ferrell was dressed up like the Brawney paper-towel guy, except it was an ad about maxi pads.

The text talks about how they are becoming hip instead of sticky type maxi pads, they fit like a thong, no leaks cause they hold the pad close, etc. They go with thin, new comfy disposable pads. Any women (not Tampon users, please) who are not “ewwww” teeny bopper types that know what the advantage of a sanitary belt is? Thanks!

Am I the only one who ALWAYS, every day… gets a wet spot on their panties. I know it’s some type of dischrge, but is this normal?

I met this girl the other day who was telling me how she uses washable, reusuable maxi pads. And I’ll say that I’m glad I don’t live in her dorm since she has to wash them in the laundry room. Her reason for using them is that she is trying to be as low-impact as possible. This is also one of the two girls who wanted to have the electricity shut off to their dorm room for the sake of lowering their impact on global warming.
And apparently there’s a store somewhere in the bay that sells these reusable feminine items.

Can a 63 year old womam still get her period?

We found maxi pads at my mother-in-law’s house and questioned her. She claims she still gets her period but she is obviously lying to us. We think she’s trying to hide the fact that she’s having accidents (peeing herself & having bladder control problems…she has kidney problems). Do you think she’s lying too?
