Are you allowed to drive without the novice driver sign?

My dad forgot the sign in his car and i was going to go driving with my moms car since she took my dad’s. Would it be illegal if i went driving without the sign? I do have my beginner’s license. And i am driving with my dad who is a full driver.

I need a place in the D.C./Alexandria Virginia area. Somewhere around twenty to thirty people, and I really wish it wasn’t too expensive. All the places i’ve looked at are crazy. Or a place that rents yachts, (my dad has a boating license) thanks so much!
I won’t listen to answers that tell me to stop watching MTV, thats not nice. I’ve never seen that show really, and i’m not having that big of a party. Please don’t criticize me, i want positive helpful answers. Thanks : )

He is really growly…sorry if that’s not a word, but he growls a lot! He has a problem! Everytime I pet him or come near him he growls and shows his teeth. I am really scared! He already bit my dad and me really hard and my mom says if he bites again we make me take him to the pound! Help me please!! I need suggetions!
