large clotting and heavy bleeding during period (could it be a misscarrige)?

i am going threw a period right now an the first few days were crazy heavy bleeding i am on birth control so i was expecting it to be light i was excruciatingly heavy and painful i filled a maxi pad every hour, its maintained now not Very heavy but these cramps were excruciating i have had these kind of periods before i have pcos do you think that could be the culprit or a misscarrige

I’m thinking of getting sims 2 but I wanted to know is it easy and fun? I have bon voyage, sims 2 deluxe, sims seasons, sims castaways, and sims life stories but I dont really like them. Will I like the sims 2 better should I get it?

i will be using linoleum for my c&c cage, and i want to put a layer of something absorbant between the bedding and linoleum just in case. can anyone tell me where people sell these kinds of things. i guess what im thinking of is like a really big maxi pad lol something like that =]

During a long voyage, all the engines inside the engine room was fueled by Bunker C, when the ship docked, the engine personnel was not able to change over from Bunker C to MDO, the C/E was so furious about the mistake. What do you think are the reasons why the C/E was very angry?

How to ground yourself before adding RAM on notebook?

I know that we need to ground ourself before touching the delicate RAM module, but without using an anti-static wrist strap, are there any other options available? I have a wooden comb,a rubber slippers & metal keys around. Any ideas to ground myself ala McGuyver?

Do I need copies of my STCW or just an MMD card?

to all of you captains out there on the high seas this question is for you ….. Im planning on being hired on a yacht, I do not have my STCW papers anymore( lost in a fire) I do however still have my MMd card( which is current)….is this all I need to be hired…to prove that I have taken the STCW 95 course?? or do captains prefer to see the copies of STCW??
