Where and how do i get an xp driver that will support DirectX and Diablo 2?

im trin to play diablo 2 but when i go to run a video test it fails and says i need an updated version of my driver.i run the directX diag. and on the display tab it says that direct3d is not available for my driver.ive tried looking for a better driver but to no avail.i have a S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR. Can anybody help?
